1. Are you a Factory or a Trading Company?
We are a factory with latest production equipment with highest production efficiency.
2. What is the production capacity?
Our output per month is approximately 500 tons per month, that is roughly 24 x 40 GP containers.
3. Do you offer samples?
We are honored to offer you samples for quality check. There are small sample fees, but they are redeemed with first PO.
4. What are your payment terms?
We accept T/T or Western Union. As we operate with corporate account, we are unable to receive funds from personal accounts.
5. How long is your delivery time?
From placing order to finishing production, we normally take approximately 25 ~ 30 days for 1 x 20' FCL for the new customers. For repeating orders, delivery time is much shorter for the same quantities. If the QTY is not up to full container, production time is approximately 15 ~ 20 days for new customers and approximately 10 ~ 15 days for repeat orders.
6. How does your factory carry our quality control?
We have strict and complicated qualtiy inspection regulations for the whole manufacturing process like the raw materials, blown film, printing, cutting, and packaging. Our line workers are thoroughly trained to inspect the quality while producing and adjusting when necessary to meet the customers' standards or exceed. Our QC randomly inspects and tests each production batch for compliances as well. Every batch of goods are inspected thoroughly to achieve 100% Customer Satisfaction.

Directions
Microwave safe (use as directed). When defrosting aand reheating, open zipper little to vent heat from inside the ziplock bag.
Caution: When using in microwave, place bag on a microwave-safe dish. Handle with care. Bag and contents may be hot. Do not overheat contents as bag may melt.
